In Everything We Do

In the early years, working closely with surgeons, my grandfather gained an appreciation for the importance of high quality, reliable and durable instruments as well as the impact they had on surgical procedures. It was at this time he dedicated this company to making the very best surgical instrumentation available.

In later years, this commitment was carried on by my father, D. R. Scanlan Jr., and today, the Scanlan Family (now in its fourth generation) continues its dedication to providing you with the highest quality, precision surgical products.

Today each instrument continues to be handmade (by experienced artisans) using the finest materials and we are honored that Scanlan products are in hospitals around the world helping to save lives.
